Located in the serene and sought-after suburb of Halls Head, this home sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac right on the canal and just minutes from everything Mandurah has to offer.

You’ll be a short drive to:
- Beautiful local beaches (just 5 minutes away)
- Mandurah Foreshore – filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions
- Halls Head Central Shopping Centre for groceries and essentials
- Popular local spots like Dolphin Quay and Mandurah Cruises
- Great parks, coastal walks, and cycling paths right on your doorstep

We are available to answer any questions via our guest portal or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The perimeter security cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
