Welcome to your home away from home! This charming property is thoughtfully designed to create lasting memories. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Outside, a private oasis awaits with a sparkling pool, an outdoor dining area, and a dedicated fire pit for s'mores and stories. The large, secure yard also features a swingset, providing endless fun for the kids.
We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.
The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Belmont, a suburb known for its convenience and accessibility. It's a short drive to the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, a large shopping complex with supermarkets, department stores, and various specialty shops. You're also close to the beautiful Swan River, offering walking and cycling paths. Our clean and tidy semi-renovated home is perfect for a big family to enjoy. We are set up for families with a cot, high chair and change table provided for your convenience. You'll find everything you need for your stay. We have a massive backyard with a fire pit, trampoline, grassed area, fruit trees and a large pool for all to enjoy. Inside, we have a games room with a ping pong table, kitchenette and toys. We are conveniently located close to the airport, city, casino and shopping centres.
Bedroom 1: A cozy retreat with a comfortable bed, decorated with a clean and calming aesthetic. It includes a crib, making it perfect for families with a baby.
Bedroom 2: A versatile space that can be used as a bedroom or a study, furnished with a desk and chair, and a sliding door leading to the outside.
Bedroom 3: This room is equipped with a comfortable bed, offering a peaceful space for rest.
Living Room: A large, inviting space with a plush sectional sofa, a big screen TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The area opens up to the outdoor alfresco, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Kitchen: A modern, fully-equipped kitchen featuring sleek cabinetry, a gas stovetop, an oven, and a breakfast bar with two stools. The large window overlooks the backyard, making meal prep a joy.
