Guests have private use of the house, waterfront deck, yard and jetty. The garage is not available.

Check-in details are sent before arrival once the booking holder completes a brief identification and payment-card verification. This is similar to a hotel check-in process and helps us protect our guests, owners and properties.


The heart of the home is the large covered alfresco overlooking the canal. It is designed for easy outdoor living, with a barbecue, dining area, comfortable seating and café blinds for additional weather protection.

The private jetty provides direct canal access for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. Guests bringing a boat will appreciate the available trailer parking and secure off-street space at the front of the property.

Inside, the home offers open-plan living and dining, air-conditioning, fast WiFi and two separate television areas. The second lounge is particularly useful for children and teenagers, or for groups wanting additional room to spread out.

Professionally laundered linen, comfortable bedding and a well-equipped kitchen make the home suitable for both short breaks and longer stays.

The home is located in a quiet residential canal community.

As this is a waterfront property, children and pets must be supervised around the deck, jetty and canal. The deck design and some fence gaps may not be suitable for very small or adventurous dogs. Please review the listing photographs carefully and ask us before booking if you are unsure.

If you plan to bring a boat or Jet Ski during your stay, please let us know before making your booking. Kindly include the type and size of your boat or watercraft so we can confirm suitability, ensure appropriate parking is available, and provide any relevant information prior to your arrival.

As a river-front home, you may occasionally notice insects or other elements of nature during your stay, which is part of the waterfront setting. Keep an eye out for visiting dolphins, swans, pelicans and other local wildlife that make the river so special.

Exterior security cameras and a noise-monitoring device may operate at the property. There are no monitoring devices inside the home.

Open fires are prohibited during applicable fire restrictions. Please check local fire restrictions.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible when the booking schedule permits for a fee.
