Unbeatable value for money in every way.

Everything was great, so friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Four minutes walk from mall which catered for food and adjacent to a REVO gym. I will be going back to The Palms for sure.

The owner goes above and beyond plus more, incredibly helpful with local knowledge and extremely kind to all guests. I found the accommodation to be extremely clean and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there permanently.

The welcoming from Teresa the proprietor. Handy location, 2 minutes from shopping centre, 10 minutes from Warwick Bushland Reserve (probably Perth's best wildflower reserve) and handy for Warwick Station.

Hostess Theresa was so friendly and helpful and prepared a simple but good breakfast each day. A ride to the local train station was always willingly done. Located near shops and restaurants. We would go again.
