My stay in Mandurah Holiday break

Lovely setting dolphins and pelicans lots of restaurants just two minutes away. Lovely apartment well serviced. Washing machine dryer dishwasher.i would recommend this location overlooking water and boats small safe manmade beach for paddling and kiddies playground

Misleading

Was not happy from the time we pricked up the keys to find out that we were not in the accomadation that we thought and sore photo's of will make another booking threw that site. We left the night before we were supposed to check out.

Great location but ....

Hole in second bedroom door.. Finger/hand prints on full length mirror in main bedroom, bathroom floor tiles need a deep clean, few pieces of rubbish under bed in second bedroom. Location and view fantastic.

Just a short visit. Nice and close to the Marina and shops. Apartment is somewhat dated with stained rugs.

Great location

A short break away whilst on our travels in WA. Staff very good in advice o. Places to eat etc and a good local knowledge of the area. Pool/spa spotlessly clean. Apartment great although we were lucky having a sea view..so bear this In mind when booking

Great location

Great location but the apartment had an overall smell of damp. The sofas were split, very dirty. We had to clean them before we could sit on them. The cushions were extremely smelly on all the sofas. The sofa in the bedroom was stained. The beds were comfy, the linen was good.

Close to beach but rooms needed better cleaning.

The location was great with close proximity to the beach and shops. The let down was that the Apartment was dusty and it was not cleaned properly during the stay. The beds were changed and made up but the bathrooms weren’t cleaned and the apartment was not vacuumed. It was disappointing for the price we paid to stay there and expected better service.

Top class apartment, close to all amenities.

Our family of 8 stayed two nights. The views were amazing, including multiple sightings of dolphins. All fittings were top class. Lovely cool air conditioning for the hot weather. It was close to restaurants and casual dining. Quiet complex with secure underground parking. At checkout, we discovered we had a flat battery. Management were very understanding and allowed us to stay in the apartment while we waited for the car to be fixed.

Great value, great location clean and comfortable

Great place to stay for a couple. Close to everything, restaurants, beach, markets etc. good value & well appointed. Everything you need except internet. Mandurah wifi was accessible but only from balcony

Nice apartment close to the beach

Stayed for 2 weeks. Enjoyed the stay. Close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely return.

Lovely holiday stay

Great location and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Beds quite hard but still comfortable. Would recommend.

Amazing location

We watched dolphins from the balcony and relaxed in the beautiful atmosphere the location has to offer. The house is amazing would high recommend :)

Seaside 508

Our apartment was located on the fifth floor, with uninterrupted view from two rooms and balcony, to a beautiful beach. Well appointed two bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, one with spa bath, very comfortable beds, functional kitchen and quirky, fun seaside artwork decorating the walls. No wi-fi. There is beautifully located swimming pool with spa, and direct access to the beach. There is no restaurant in the hotel. However there is quite a selection of cafes and restaurants, just meters from the hotel.

Great place, well appointed

Purely a serviced apartment. Well appointed & clean. Great location, quite and oven view. Exceeded our expectations. Entry is via key card so don't expect staff service but that's what you get with a apartment. If you require beach towels & WiFi you can get it at an additional cost.

Great location and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Our only qualms were it was freezing in the room. 1 air conditioning unit for the place just isn't enough, especially where it was located. Also, the shower had major issues, ran hot and cold the whole time so you could never really enjoy a nice shower

Great Apartment, Great Location.

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment itself very nice, quiet building and incorporates access to Pool Spa, Gym and Sauna and has an outstanding view back to the foreshore and estuary. Ideally located and an easy walk to the Foreshore, Dolphin Quays and the Touristy precinct.

Great Apartment, Great view, Great Location.......

A Great apartment, clean and in a great location to enjoy all Mandurah has to offer. The apartment was well equipped. The one minor thing is that it is not a 2 bathroom, more like 1 bathroom and a small powder room. It was a bit of a deal breaker for us, being a couple and having to share a bathroom. So if you want to stay at the Boathouse on Spinnaker and need 2 bathrooms, just be aware of this. If you are ok with 1 bathroom, then this apartment is amazing and you will enjoy.

Great position, but

Arrived late, but not a problem; was SMS'd details to get key from a safe; two balconies, one overlooking canal...beautiful Rooms and general area were spacious and clean Direction to room could have been better as key collected in different building....not apparent two building actually related as same set-up However i booked for 1 double and 2 singles....was told that was fine;;all OK BUT ended up with 2 doubles.... Also does anyone still drink instant coffe? Pretty basic tea/coffee families

Great resort close to everything

Excellent apartment, very clean, well appointed. Great kitchen with all the cooking equipment you could possibly need. Absolutely recommend our 1 bedroom apartment.
