The property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering various configurations to accommodate different group sizes. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, ensures that meal preparation is a breeze. Additionally, the washing machine is available for your laundry needs.

Step outside to the expansive deck, where outdoor living meets stunning water views. Host barbecues with friends or catch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. For the water enthusiasts, the jetty awaits for fishing, boating, and serene contemplation.

Kayaks are available for guest use, providing the perfect way to explore the scenic canals right from your doorstep.

Moreover, the property`s pet-friendly amenities make it an ideal destination for those traveling with furry companions. A $115 pet fee ensures that your four-legged family members can also enjoy the waterfront retreat.

Please note - there is no guest access to the garage at this time. The room with two single beds is best suited for children, as it does not have a door. Also a note on the jettty: The jetty is available to fish and crab off the end. Boat owners are welcome to beach their boats on the canal edge or tether to the floating dock however there is no access to moor direct onto the wooden jetty due to shared ownership and existing boats in place.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

DOGS & PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
