There's also a park on the corner and the beach, Swan River or Freo CBD are all just 5 mins away. The garden is very private, with a relaxing fishpond and a Weber BBQ in the outdoor kitchen for entertaining.
You can expect a quirky house, a daybed in the sun window, 12 seat dinner party table, limestone wine cellar underneath, gas fireplace, high ceilings featuring antique pressed tin.
A brand new kitchen! The bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in robe, claw foot bathtub, walk-in shower and a lot of European Art featuring the 'au naturel' female form.
