2 large rooms upstairs with bathroom, bathtub and toilet. Massive living area downstairs with kitchen and living area, with laundry and dryer. 10 kms to city and short drive to river and Fremantle. Great location, close to major shopping centre Garden City. Quite location. Washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine available. Large oven, microwave, big fridge / freezer. Minimum 2 nights. Linen and towels provided. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of parking.

Nice clean and neat

Good stay very beautiful property and nice and spacious. The whole property is breath taking . A lot of positive things about it however, u must be prepared for constant texts from the owner as there is surveillance.

Great Location

This is a lovely house in a great location with the essentials for a comfortable stay in Perth. However I believe a misunderstanding with the cleaner may of occurred before my stay which left the house in not the cleanest condition, all of which is easily fixed. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Property was in a great location and nice and large. Bed was very comfortable. With just the gas heater downstairs it was a little chilly upstairs.

Melville Stay

Nice roomy, comfortable accommodation. For cold weather stays, heating limited to a portable gas heater that can only be operated from open plan kitchen/living room. Therefore, upstairs gets quite chilly.

Lovely home in a perfect location

Big house in Melville was perfect in every way for our stay in Perth. Very well kept modern home with everything we needed. Located just 15 min from Fremantle on a battleaxe block the location was both convenient and quiet. Thank you Jason for the opportunity to experience your hospitality. Matt & Deb ☺️

Fantastic house highly recommend

This place is highly recommended as it was clean and tidy. Styled with everything in mind. Great location, quiet and easily accessed. Could not rate it high enough so don't hesitate to book.
