Waterfront Escape with Sunset Views & Kayaks
Wake up to uninterrupted estuary views and unwind on the alfresco deck as the sun sets over the water. This spacious waterfront home is perfect for families and groups, with open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and room for up to 10 guests. Enjoy kayaking, nearby boat access, and a large backyard for relaxing. A comfortable, well-maintained home designed for easy coastal living and time together.
We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the platform app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Dawesville is a relaxed coastal playground just 10 minutes from Mandurah, known for boating, fishing, beaches, and nature.
Within minutes of the property, you can be at pristine beaches, playing a round at The Cut Golf Course, or enjoying waterfront dining and dolphin spotting at The Cut Tavern. Local cafes, restaurants, and shops are also just a short drive away, along with IGA and Coles for anything you need during your stay. On weekends, enjoy a stroll through the Peel Produce Markets nearby.
Mandurah (15 minutes away) offers plenty for all ages — dolphin cruises, foreshore activities, playgrounds, cinemas, and a vibrant mix of cafes, bars, and boutique shops. During the cooler months, the foreshore transforms with seasonal events including ice skating.
If you’re visiting during crabbing season, you can catch blue swimmer crabs right out the front — with equipment provided at the home.
For exploring further, head south to breweries, beaches, and family favourites like the Crooked Carrot, or venture east to Pinjarra and Dwellingup for scenic drives, picnics, and nature-based adventures.
You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.
Enjoy beautiful water views from the balcony, complete with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ — perfect for relaxing at sunset.

The home offers four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 down stairs: 1 King bed and 1 king single bed
Bedroom 2 down stairs: 2 king single beds
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 Queen bed and 1 king single bed
Bedroom 4 upstairs: 3 king single beds
There are two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.
A table tennis table in main rumpus room.
Outside, there’s plenty of parking for cars or a boat, plus a large grassed backyard with fruit trees — great for relaxing or playing with the kids.
The boat ramp is just 800m away.
Guests have full access to the home and backyard (shed not included).
Kayaks are available for use and at own risk. Please bring your own life jackets.
A car is the easiest way to explore Dawesville and nearby attractions, including the estuary, beaches, and Dawesville Cut.
Public transport is available but limited, with local bus services operating on reduced schedules.
Taxis and ride-share services such as Uber are available, though it’s best to plan ahead.
Cycling and walking are great for enjoying nearby beaches and scenic areas, but a vehicle is recommended for longer distances.
We want you to have a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, so here are a few helpful notes:
The home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment, so you may occasionally notice local wildlife or insects
This is a well-maintained home with original character, rather than a newly renovated or hotel-style property
Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service
The garage is not available for guest use
Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
