The Vintage Beach House offers a beautifully furnished home just a short walk from the beach in Dawesville, WA, perfect for family escapes. This inviting home features three bedrooms, including a master with a queen bed and cozy reading corner, and two additional rooms comfortably sleeping three each. Enjoy a large backyard, BBQ area, fireplace, and a location close to local amenities. The home is pet-friendly with a fully enclosed yard, positioned on a quiet street near the beach and estuary.

Welcome to The Vintage Beach House, your ideal getaway nestled in the charming community of Dawesville, WA. This home is perfect for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort and convenience while being close to nature and the beach.
The master bedroom provides a tranquil setting with a queen bed and a dedicated reading corner, ideal for relaxation. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a trundle, while the third room includes a triple bunk (double and single), catering to families or groups with children or additional guests.
The living space is warm and inviting, with a fireplace that becomes the focal point during the cooler months. A well-equipped kitchen opens up to a BBQ area, inviting you to enjoy meals outdoors in the large, pet-friendly backyard.
A Step Back in Time is the theme of this charming home, with vintage touches and nostalgic décor throughout the property, offering guests a memorable experience and a chance to step back into a more relaxed era.
For your safety and peace of mind, a security camera has been installed at the front entrance of the house. Additionally, there is a piano in the home (not photographed) available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The Vintage Beach House is located on a peaceful street, just a short stroll from the beach and estuary, offering easy access to a range of outdoor activities. While not directly on the waterfront, the home is ideally placed to enjoy the nearby water and natural scenery. Local amenities including an IGA, fish and chips store, and a park are barely 100m up the road, adding convenience to your stay.

The area is known for attractions such as surf and fishing beaches, the Giants of Mandurah, and the thrombolites in Lake Clifton, along with numerous water-based activities and natural WA bushland to explore.

family holiday

Accommodation very well appointed with everything supplied for our requirements. Good quiet location, with shops nearby & within 10 mins walking distance of the Lake - 2mins by car. Driving to other attractions was within a reasonable distance. Parking for 2 cars under cover was also good to have.
