「Excellent position」

「The property is excellent. Every detail catered for. Right in the middle of town. Just a small point and no ones fault, the next door neighbours baby and children were a little noisy in the mornings. Otherwise perfect」

「We enjoyed our stay at Maylands. Very convenient to use train to get to airport, great coffee and food at Sherbet a minutes walk away. Will book again.」

「This place is positioned right by restaurants, cafes and a few bars. Only a 20 minute walk to the middle of Freo, so location is perfect. Only thing we did notice is that the trains are easily heard and the walls between apartments are VERY thin ;-)」

The sunsets were stunning and the apartment contained everything, and I appreciated Lesley’s communication and organisation around the high chair, check in etc The only down side for us was our check in being moved back 1.5hrs due to shortage of cleaning staff over the new years period but Lesley did her best to have the cleaners work as quick as possible and...

「We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure.」

「My Only Criticism Was With The Oven.In The Modern Era Where You Have A Gas Oven You Shouldn’t Have To Press The Primer To Start The Cooktops Or The Oven.」

「Nice little place. Owner lives there and vacates for guests. Place needs a deep clean. Checking in was a challenge, and address is only given out very close to check in day. The constant messages with instructions on how to vacate was OTT. We felt like we were an intrusion. However, David was quick to reply to any message.」

「Fantastic location. Incredibly clean with everything you need. The Master bedroom was quite noisy at night do to being on the main strip, however that was no fault at all of the Hotel, and given that absolutely everything was literally at your door step it was worth it. Host was amazingly accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. 5 start!」
