"Clean room and wonderful staff!"

"Initial clerk was nice but the rest was a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend to anyone! I was overcharged for early departure twice after not feeling safe, I did not sleep in the hotel and returned the next morning at 0817 and checked out, returning the keys to the desk clerk and I was still charged for staying two nights. The desk clerk was very unprofessional telling me to check out through Hotels.com and she could not check me out. She wrote 0817 on the checkout printout she gave me but I knew it was not done in the computer if you hand write it. Two hours later someone checked me out the system per the digital receipt proceeded to charge me again and the reversed the refund and charged me another night. Hotels.com tried to also contact the hotel with no success as I was on the phone with them as I walked out of the hotel and multiple times the day I checked out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't leave my puppy to sleep there either. Do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel for safety. "

"The host, Richard was very accommodating and business friendly. Access to the property was easy and loved the space it provided for 7 people. Hot tub was so AMAZING we enjoyed it 3 nights out of our 4 nights stay.The space was just right for 7 people and the kitchen was nice and spacious. The house was clean and had no odors. To top our stay off, the weather was GORGEOUS! "

"At first glance, everything seemed to be ok! A few hours into our stay, we noticed that the heat on the main floor was not working. As soon as we noticed it, we sent messages to the owner, but he was non-responsive for many hours. He sent over electric blankets late in the evening, about the time that we were going to bed. I was very upset at his lack of response and then ranted at me when I asked for a discount for not having heat in half the house, AN ESSENTIAL AMENTINITY, claiming that I was out of line and they went to all measures to help us. If responding after many hours, multiple messages, and phone calls and bringing us blankets (which he had no extra ones in the house) is going the extra mile, then I guess I'm out of line. I will not recommend this rental only because of the lack of communication and unprofessionalism of the owner."
