「Nice stay, but was short on towels only 3 in room for 4 people.」

「Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff needs to get their act together. We had 2 rooms and 1 room great, but the second room they gave away to other customers. The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. When he took himself for a walk, the staff were very kind and even tried to keep him as a new member of the housekeeping crew. The location was close to food options for dinner. 「Zero stars wasn’t an option. Filthy carpet and walls, broken and worn furniture. Staff tried to scam more money out of me, said I had no reservation and my paid receipt from Expedia meant nothing. Terrible place to stay with a terrible staff」
