「Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). What a nice start for our trip! Upon arrival, we were able to stow our luggage and take off to tour. When we returned, we had our check in code and easily access to the unit. 「Communication with host, HSH, difficult even before our trip. I had to escalate to VRBO in order to get an explanation of billing charges or a statement. Couldn't cancel without losing all fees.Check-in instructions were inaccurate. Multiple calls to find hallway hidden behind an unmarked door - looked like an apartment.Toilet and shower were not clean. Tiny bedroom with a few inches around the edge of the bed. Curtains pool on the floor too so I had to walk on the curtains and lean sideways...

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」
