「We hiked in off the trail to stay for a night. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had. The house has a 1970s feel with a cool living room couch that runs the length of the room. We listened to records and there was a ping pong table and plenty of board games. Artwork was cool. 「Great getaway to the Laurel Mountains. Spotless, clean, quiet and secluded. Easy check in, location is off grid, and away from others. There was work being done on water lines near the property which impacted water pressure. This is beyond the control of the property manager, but before you book, double check to make sure that work is finished, or make the informed decision to book in spite of the friendly notice. 「I decided to stay here as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day weekend with my dog.We had a great time!So easy to check in,close to stores such as groceries etc,and the nature trail I wanted to take my pet to was 10 minutes away.I would just say be aware of staying here in the warmer months.I had a few bug friends when I got in the hot tub but they didn’t bother me.I will definitely be coming back!」

「The little cottage was just what we were looking for. A couple things that we thought would be nicer was an upgrade of the bed sheets. They were very thin. It was difficult pulling out of the driveway because it’s on a sharp curve and you can’t see. Maybe if some of the shrubs/ trees could be trimmed might help. Everything else was very nice.
