"We had a really wonderful time and loved the convenience of the location of the hotel in downtown Bar Harbor. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and such a nice change from your typical hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay again!"

"The property is easily accessible to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the harbor and sunrise. Room was clean and enjoyed the large bathroom . Beds were comfortable but pillows were lumpy and needed replacing."

"The property was wonderful, so close to downtown. The room was clean & the staff was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. The Looking Glass restaurant was very good, especially the view & outdoor options! However, the highlight of our stay was enjoying Bill Trowell nightly at the hotel piano bar. He was fantastic!"

"The Hidden Place is a very nicely appointed cottage which was very clean and in a quiet location. It offers great access to the entrance to Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor is just a short 15 minute drive away for groceries, dining and other attractions."
