El cuarto estaba muy bien, una vista muy bonita, la recepcionista súper linda y amable nos recomendó lugares de la zona y servicios de comida cerca por la noche si requeríamos, además por la mañana nos dieron un desayuno continental que pensamos que iba a ser café y fruta y fue un platillo completo por cierto muy rico y llenador, el servicio 10/10. Además la terminal para tomar el bus a Salento está a 5 min caminando una súper opción del turismo! Super recomendado!

The layout of the room was just amazing. The kitchen area left some things to be desired but the refrigerator was awesome. The sink too small with only cold water and low water pressure. What a fantastic room! I wish they had put the wall mounted TV in the living room. Hey, at least they have two rooms and the king size bed! Rare in Colombia! The shower pipe was zip tied to the wall, they never replaced the light bulbs, the bidet did not work, and the water in the bathroom sink was difficult to operate because it was not properly mounted. I would absolutely stay here again! The staff made the difference! Delightful people!

Good hotel with amazing staff

The hotel was basically very good. The room was ok, bathroom nice and wifi worked very well in room 203. Also air conditioning was very good and quiet. However the most super thing was the hotel staff which was more than helpful with anything I needed. My phone was stolen in a bar and the hotel staff helped me a lot with that issue. The breakfast was quite basic but in Colombian scale good and tasty and the view from breakfast room is amazing. The only clear negative thing is no soundproof at allmin the rooms. Everything can be heard from the next room as well as outside. There is no way I could have slept without earplugs. I still would definately stay again as long as I bring the earplugs.
