"Convenient and clean for downtown"

"We were satisfied with mostly everything. We got in late and were very tired and we checked in in with the name Davis. He took my credit card for deposit and gave us the key to the room was a long way away, and it had 1 bed. I walked back and he told me to look at his computer to prove it was booked for 1 bed. At the top of that reservation it had the name of another Davis party. So he rechecked us into the right room with 2 beds, and I went all the way to the 1st room and drug my luggage to the right room. I realized he never said "I'm sorry for not verifying your first name." And when I checked out I asked the desk if my card was taken off the first room, and they assured me it was, He looked at the computer and said my room was charged to this credit card, which was okay, but I wondered if the other room had been changed."

"Great apartments, very central location, generously appointed with a parking garage. Check in was easy, but we got multiple emails and requests to sign documents saying we are corporate travelers when we are not. Lovely and modern, few hiccups like key fobs and keys not working. So we had to make do with one key, but very very good and comfortable. We were heading out, but it does stay noisy as you are beside all the bars and entertainment, but quitens down by 1am, didn’t bother us."

"This is a nice hotel downtown San Jose and what you would expect from a Hilton. I do however have some feedback: 1) if there is any noice outside it feels as though the windows are open. 2) there is no smart TV in the room so you are left watching whatever channels are available, unless you have you laptop with you 3) room service and restaurant prices are extremely high 4) the bathroom light is a motion detection light, so it will turn off on you in the middle of your shower. No big issues, just details I wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again!"
