Retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, each intentionally designed to offer rest and rejuvenation. Every room features a Smart TV, quality bedding, and plenty of storage. With four full bathrooms, your group will enjoy privacy and convenience throughout your stay. One of the main-floor bathrooms includes a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub and double sinks, creating a spa-like experience after a long day on the lake.

📋 Important Compliance & Requirements
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include:
• Signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• Security hold of $1,250 (not a traditional deposit; only a pending authorization)
As an optional alternative to the security hold, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
• $65 for stays up to 10 nights
• $5/day for stays longer than 10 nights

We use a simple and secure platform called Happy Guest. There is no app to download, no account to create. It also provides a personalized guest portal with home information and our favorite local recommendations.
Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled without refund if not received 24 hours before arrival.
