The staff here are great and the location is very convenient if you’re visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I felt safe and the area was decent. That said, the hotel is definitely dated and "well-loved." Our room had some functional issues—the AC was weak, the bathroom door was in rough shape, and the beds were doubles rather than the Queens we expected. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot and aren't too picky about the room condition, it does the job

Rooms smells something , maybe from cleaning agent that cant tolerate so we opened the front and back door for air circulation but smell stays the same. Not sure if its from the carpet.
