The Space:
The property features a comfortable sitting room, perfect for relaxation. It includes a large and a small sofa, and a TV for entertainment. The kitchen and dining area are designed in a semi-open plan layout, creating a spacious feel. A downstairs cloakroom is available, equipped with a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath. There is also a small rear courtyard.

Getting around Pandora Cottage is easy, even without a car. While the cottage itself does not have private parking, paid parking options are available nearby. For public transport, the nearest bus stop is a short walk away, providing regular services to Penzance and other local destinations. From Penzance, you can connect to the national rail network for travel further afield. The journey to Penzance train station by bus is approximately 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, for those arriving by air, the nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport (NQY). The drive from Newquay Airport to Pandora Cottage takes around an hour, depending on traffic.

Other Things to Note:
There is a step down from the main bedroom before going down the stairs, and there is also a step up from the smaller bedroom onto the landing area.

The cottage does not come with parking.
