「It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. 」

「From the very start, I had a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in and on my 2 other days there. Although they were still learning and adjusting to a new system, they were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It may not have been quite as soft as I personally prefer, but I still slept well all three nights of my stay. I also appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge...

「The best about the hotel is the location. The limited staff tries to do its best but not ideal. Open from 9am to 6pm so if arrive late, you are stuck. The hot water was turned off early (before shower), prob with water tank it seems. Room has been painted and equiped in kitchen for 2. When you arrive, they provide 1 soap for 2 and shampoo etc for 1 day. Each day you have to ask for more, same for coffee and tea. They do NOT make the bed nor clean each day (we stayed 3 nights). 「Great location! Room had been renovated but several items were dated. Pretty clean and we definitely felt safe and secure at the place. It’s about what we had expected although the a/c was very loud and kept kicking out. Otherwise a good night stay in a beautiful spot with a low star rating.」

「It was such a nice weekend. Was hoping for the patio and pool. No fault of there’s may long as penticton wont allow pools till June 1. Was our second stay and cannot complain. Felt safe with kids scootering around. Staff very friendly.」

「Personal nicht vorhanden. Alles nur per Mail abgelaufen ist befremdlich. Dunkles kleines Zimmerchen, für uns nicht passend. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach 1 Nacht verlassen (2 gebucht) obwohl wir es frühzeitig gesagt haben, bekamen wir keine Rückerstattung.」

「Beautiful pool and cheap prices, but along with the cheap prices comes not so comfy beds and average size tv. On the upside it’s Penticton so it’s basically just a place to sleep and they have an amazing pool. Again though it’s Penticton so who needs a pool? Staff was nice and easy to speak with, and they had dishes and a microwave. However there was a note that said if you leave any dirty dishes you will be charged, so we were too worried to use them.」
