The beach view is very limited. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Could use a small skillet and a pitcher to be added. Otherwise it had what we needed. The condo was very clean, the communication was excellent.

This place is wonderful. The property is well-designed and built with children’s fun in mind. The unit was great. Clean, great set up, and the owners have given you everything to get started. Check-in was absolutely painless. I would undoubtedly stay again.

Great Condo, Great Location!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5 while we were in Destin for my son's baseball tournament. Most of his team stayed at Waterscapes, which was convienent! We have 3 teenagers and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds and extra master bedroom. We enjoyed being right on the beach and having 2 beach chairs and umbrellas included in our stay. There were a few times where I needed to get in touch with the property managers and they responded to my texts every time within a couple of minutes. I also appreicated that they continued to check in with us throughout our stay to make sure that we didn't have any issues or to ask if we needed anything.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our spring break trip at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised, very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The communication with the owners was quick and they were very helpful.

Great family vacation!

This was a very clean property that had close access to the parking garage. All communications with the property manager was quick and easy. Our family had a great time staying in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Condo

This condo was beautifully decorated with modern upgrades and fully equipped with anything you might need. We had one minor maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of. Getting in touch with the owner/manager was easy and responses were fast. Waterscape is a great location for families with children and i would recommend this unit.

Loved this place

We had a wonderful vacation making family memories in this condo. My kids love all the amenities that waterscape has to offer. It was unfortunate that one of the two hot tubs was out of service while we were there since it was a little chilly but that is no reflection of the host or condo itself.

Fort Walton Beach

The actual condo was great, clean and had everything a family needs. However, the view was not so great, mostly parking lots and hotels. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were nice though they kept closing the hot tubs and it was cold out. Overall we had a good time!

Fort Walton Beach - Fall Break

Great condo and overall facility. Kids loved playing at the pool area and restaurants were withing walking distance. Fubar was a great spot to watch football and baseball games.

Incredible experience

This condo is beautiful- stocked wonderfully, updated and clean. Had to reach out to property management for something and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation! Would give 10 stars if I could. We will never stay anywhere but waterscape again!

Destin trip

Overall a good experience- condo pool were nice beach was fantastic- the bathrooms(mainly the 2 showers)were not the cleanest when we arrived though. We would stay in the condo again but probably a different unit.

Lovely vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation through VRBO. The condo was lovely, the view was not as we had expected. Getting from the condo to the pool area was a bit of a challenge, but we had a very nice time!

Great resort & unit

My family enjoyed our time at Waterscape and this particular unit. It was clean, spacious, and overall a great experience for us. I’d highly recommend and my only wish was both pools would be heated but beggars can’t be choosers. Thanks for a great week!
