Such a beautiful and clean condo! The hosts provided so many kitchen supplies that made cooking meals so easy. The bedrooms were gorgeous and our kids loved their bunk room. The view was great and the resort pools felt safe with their gate system. We loved our experience and will be back!

Family vacation

Overall, we had a really good time. This is our 3rd trip to waterscape. This unit is very well stocked if you want to cook. I would suggest that an investment be made in the living room furniture. It is extremely broken down and barely useable. The beds are also uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was good. The resort has everything you would want but for the price, I would expect some updates.

We were very disappointed that we were not able to use the two chairs and umbrella on any day that we were there. My son would go out at 7am to set us up and was always told that the chairs had been reserved and he couldn’t use them. If we wanted them we could call-to reserve the night before. I left one message. at your office Monday but frankly I was on vacation not there to chase around people for chairs. I had the reservation info confirmed at two different days by the workers there. One also said it was 15 a day to reserve. Because of this and little children, I don’t think I will return again.

Waterscape 205A

This condo was perfect for our week at the beach. Two master king bedrooms each with their own bath. Our four year old granddaughter could sleep with parents or us and used the bunk room as her hangout space. My only negative comment is that there isn’t a place to put dry foods. We put all our dry goods on the bakers rack in the dining area. The beds were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft.

Amazing Vacation

My family had a great stay at Waterscape. We enjoyed staying in this clean condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. Having the beach service was a great amenity to be able to take the kids down to the beach without having to carry down chairs and an umbrella. My young kids loved spending the afternoons playing on the splash pads and swimming. Waterscape is also within walking distance of several restaurants.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we came again this year.

The condo was great for my family and my mom and her boyfriend. We all had enough space and the pool door is close to the room. My daughter had a stomach bug most of the time we were here which sucked, but we were happy to be in a comfy condo during it.

Needs a Deep Clean

Overall we had a great trip but the condo needs a deep clean. It was dirty. There is mold in the shower, the floors were dirty, the bedding was stained and smelled horrible. It's a nice condo but they did themselves a disservice by keeping it in that condition. We will stay at the property again but we will not be staying in this unit.

Loved it here!

We enjoyed our family vacation here! The pool areas at this condo was great for kids. The condo itself was clean and decorated nicely. Beautiful view of the beach.

Great place !

This place was great in regards to location! The place was so kid friendly and beautiful view. Very comfortable beds !!! All appliances we needed. The cleaning wasn’t great. The showers still had a lot of mildew in them, the table tops were very dusty. No big deal we were there for the beach. The laundry room also had an odor which was obvious to the cleaning people bc they had coffee grounds in there to help. Some light fixtures lightbulbs were burnt out - again not a big deal. It’s really just the cleaning people’s responsibility that fell short. The showers , we washed our own sheets when we got there bc there was a hair in the sheets. Just little things like that. But other than that it was great ! I wish communication with the host would have been better as well. I asked for a late check out and never heard anything except they asked the cleaning company if it was ok. But never heard back.

Great location

Very convenient, great food in the area. Stewbeys, Sax grille and Burrito del sol just to name a few. Condo was clean and was available early. This was our second stay at Waterscapes, we just love the beach, pool and all the amenities. Would highly recommend Waterscapes and VRBO for their seamless no contact reservation.

Awesome family vacation!

My family and I loved this condo and everything was nice and close! The only part that was a little hard is how far the parking lot is from the room, (when you can’t find any carts to use) but definitely not a deal breaker!! My kids loved the lily pads to play on in the pool. The weather was cooler than we were hoping but with the heated pool and hot tubs we still had a great time! We are hoping to come back!

Perfect family place

We loved everything here. The condo was great. There was so much for all of our kids to do ages ranging from 3-13. It was easy to get to the beach and there was plenty of space for them to run and play. It was nice not having the company umbrella set ups taking all of the beach front. We were able to set up beach chairs right on the shore to watch our kids play. We loved how easy it was to get into restaurants without having to wait hours. We will definitely be back!

Not for teens but great for kids

We loved the area & the beach. The condo was clean and as pictured. There were a few downfalls for us, nothing that I felt needed immediate attn from the property mngr. The master bedroom & bathroom were significantly warmer than the rest of the condo. We ran the ceiling fan & kept the shades closed but it never helped. Others that went with us but stayed in diff units on diff floors said the same thing. The rest of the ppl in the condo would be freezing but we burned up in the master bedroom & bathroom. The bed in the master bedroom had sheets on it that were way too big & came off every night. The sheets felt cheap to us too & were not good quality as they were hot & not soft at all. We don’t eat out except for dinner so we had groceries of course which became an issue. The fridge is plenty big but there’s only one small rack in the laundry room (has pans, bowls on the bottom racks) to store groceries unless you crowd your counter top up or put them on the floor which was not happening for us. There was only 1 pillow & one thin blanket for the kids to use for the pullout couch. The walk to the beach is rather long & the walk to your room from the parking garage is really long. The complex is nice but it just wasn’t what we prefer. If you have small children it would be perfect but the teenagers found it rather boring. If you are looking for a stay without small children everywhere then this is not the complex to stay in. Overall it was a nice vacation but not the complex for us.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place

The condo was spacious and well appointed. Just as described. The views of the ocean right from the condo are lovely. Plenty of normal supermarkets and stores a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed the pools and the glorious beach right on site. Soft, white sand and crystal clear water. Friendly and available beach chair service. Calm seas and then some exciting waves. There was plenty to do in the area for the kids on a couple of rainy days. We had terrific take out from Stewbys, a great birthday dinner at The Shack and many relaxed dinners at home, catching the sunset on the beach. Highly recommend this for a family or couples. We liked the relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere of Fort Walton Beach compared to some other resort areas. We enjoyed Destin Harbor too. We'll be back.

Enjoyed our stay
