Spring Break 2025

Everything was as described. Checking in/out so easy. I had to call maintenance twice due to an electrical outage from a storm which knocked out the WiFi and the oven. They responded immediately and fixed the issue. The staff on site are extremely friendly and professional. The property is safe and family oriented.

Extended Weekend

My wife and I booked the condo for a short extended weekend trip. The condo was just as pictured. Great location and super easy check in process. Would definitely recommend to others.

Bugs Again

We stayed here in 2019 on a first level unit that had bed bugs. We couldn't believe we accidentally booked the same condo complex again by mistake. There were bugs in the living room furniture that were not taken care of even after they came and "sprayed" which we had to request twice before they came. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and we couldn't enjoy the balcony or beach without constant smoking of not only ciggrettes but majuriana too. We will NEVER make the same mistake and stay here again and I hope no one else makes this mistake either.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle! It was quiet and location was great. Bed was comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms. I took the master and my husband took the secondary. Worked out great. Will stay again!

Great stay at the beach!

Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, had most everything we needed (could have used a small thing of dish soap, but not a big deal). Carpet at the beach is always a bit of a hassle, but not a deal breaker by any means. We would stay again!

Beautiful location, but disappointed

The location is beautiful, but our last 24 hours was disappointing. When we arrived there was hair throughout the condo, but we were so happy to be there we overlooked that issue. We noticed the door to enter the condo was difficult to open, but all adults were able to open. Throughout the stay the door got harder and harder to open. We were locked out a couple times our last 24 hours trying to get the door open. We contacted Vrbo to inform them. We were told maintenance came and fixed the door, but did not. Then maintenance said they could not fix it. At this point someone had to remain in the room at all times due to the door not opening from the outside at all. We were not able to leave our room as a family and enjoy our last day together. Nothing was done to resolve the issue, and we were told it would be after we checked out. The hair throughout the condo and the large roach type bugs we saw the second to last day was nothing compared to us not being able to enjoy our last day or the next morning of our vacation. Vrbo did not seem to care about the issue enough to ensure we could get in our room that we had paid for.

Great beach getaway!!

Wonderful experience! Easy to reserve, check in and check out. Communication was awesome. Condo was well decorated, clean, and very well stocked. There were plenty of linens. Beautiful ocean view and easy access to beach. Beach service was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

So RELAXING!

We so enjoyed this condo! It was away from the pool which made it very quiet. The property managers were very easy to work with and answered all questions we had even before we left for our trip. The condo is in the perfect spot and the view is great! We can't wait to come back and stay again.

Great location, super clean!

We decided to stay off the main drag, so the location was perfect. Seamless check in and check out. Loved being steps from the ocean and my daughter enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The condo itself was super clean and stocked with essentials. Only thing is if you plan to cook there are absolutely no condiments, not even salt and pepper. It was just the two of us and we ate out, so no issue for us.

Awesome balcony view of ocean!

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. It was a peaceful and beautiful vacation. Brooks and Shorey host were quick to respond to a message and more than willing to give us recommendations of local seafood restaurant favorites. We hope to return to Pelican isles again.

Comfortable Stay

Overall nice experience. Check in was great and management checked in throughout our stay. Initially we were told checkin could be delayed by at least two hours due to COVID cleaning requirements coupled with staff shortages but received a call that our unit was actually ready early. The unit has been updated nicely, the unit size is comfortable and the location in the building is great (away from pool noise). Only complaints would be the mattress in the main bedroom is worn and the main restroom tub leaks water pretty significantly in to the floor. Both things are really just annoyances that are completely manageable as the whole reason you are there is the beautiful beach outside your door!

Wonderful Condo

We were very impressed with the condo! Everything was just as advertised, and it was stocked with almost everything we needed. The view from the balcony is wonderful! You just can’t beat an ocean view. I have no complaints about the condo, property, or location. Our trip was great for the whole family, and we’ll for sure be back!

Family spring break trip

The condo was very accommodating for our family of 4. We loved the convenience to the beach and the beach service was a plus. The kids loved the TVs in the bunk beds as well. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be booking again!
