SKY HOME PROVIDING EVERYTHING NEEDED TO RELAX & ENJOY!

We have owned and managed gulf front property for over 20 years. We have enjoyed sharing our properties with our guests. Our guests have made priceless memories with their families and friends over the years, which they have shared many of those memories with us. We chose Portofino Island Resort due to the location, beautiful condos and the full suite of amenities offered.

The view upon opening the front door is why our condo is called a Sky Home. From the 18th floor, you will see unobstructed views of the Gulf! This is the "first impression" that our guests get to experience.

Portofino consists of 28 acres located on a pristine stretch of nature preserved land bordering both the Gulf and the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. In addition, enjoy direct access to several miles of federally protected sugar white sand beaches, complete with the renowned emerald green and turquoise waters of the Gulf. On a daily basis our guests can enjoy the Gulf Beach, Santa Rosa Sound, and federally protected Gulf Island National Seashore Park ALL within walking distance!

The condo includes an open floor plan featuring spectacular Gulf views, allowing breathtaking views from every room! Beautifully furnished 1,333 square foot Sky Home with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. TVs in each bedroom as well as in living area. The condo has all the luxuries of home. In addition, there are 2 RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the covered garage for our guests. Additional parking outside at the ground level is available.

Last but not least are ALL the amenities offered by Portofino Island Resort. Below is a list of what is offered:
-Each tower has a large outdoor pool with hot tub, umbrella tables, chairs and sunbathing lounges, in addition to restrooms,
-5 Rubico (clay) tennis courts,
-State of the art fitness gym located in the Lifestyle center,
-Indoor heated pool located in the Lifestyle center,
-2 Outdoor infinity pools with hot tubs outside the Lifestyle center where you can sit poolside and enjoy food and drink service right at your lounge chair,
-Full service Spa in Lifestyle center,
-Gift shop in Lifestyle center,
-Starbucks in Lifestyle center,
-Coastal restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and fine dinner dining in Lifestyle center,
-Portofino al Fresco is a casual outdoor restaurant in Lifestyle center,

Great Condo, Great View

We loved getting to stay at this condo! The entire place was comfortable and had everything we needed. We think it’s also one of the best views you can have since you can see both the beach and the bay. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

We were in Pensacola for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfect. The views from the balcony were incredible. We saw dolphins multiple times & the night skies were stunning. We enjoyed the pools on site & many local restaurants.We rented a golf cart to explore the National Sea shore. Karen was quick to respond & very thoughtful.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

We stayed here for our 7 year anniversary. The location is quiet, but close to dining which is what we were looking for! The condo was very spacious and the views of both the ocean and bay were amazing! The sunsets were breath taking. Looking forward to returning next year!

This is the second time staying at Karon’s place and we absolutely love it! It’s spotless clean, very comfortable, and the balcony/view is breathtaking! The Portofino is so relaxing with a Starbuck’s onsite being a big plus! We plan to return!

Wow is the word that comes to mind about this property. Very clean condo with lots of room for the whole family. Amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and close to the white sandy beaches. Can not wait to book again next year! Do not hesitate to book your next vacation here!

Beautiful resort. Everything is as described. Phenomenal views from condo. Very comfortable everywhere in residence. Fitness center is clean, welcoming, and has a great view which conpletes it. Quiet and relaxing while we were there. No need to get out first thing in am for pool chairs. Enjoy that cup of coffee in am or glass of wine in pm siiting on balcony. Plenty of good restaurants down the street, but downtown Pensacola fun to visit too. Always love those walks on the beach. Great place!!

The condo was beautiful inside & had an even better view. The beds were so comfortable!! They had a few snacks for the kiddos & wine for the parents. If I had any questions they were quickly answered. Would definitely stay again. We love Portofino resort & especially this condo.

Beautiful location

My husband and I enjoyed this unit so much. It has the best gulf views. The rest of our family stayed throughout the resort for a wedding we were there to attend and the complex was more than generous to over 40 of us.. We will definitely return!

This unit does not disappoint. Everything one could need is provided from the kitchen to the restrooms. The view is perfection. You are oceanfront but can also see the bay. The resort itself has everything one could want from restaurants to pools, activities, a spa. We love it here and our host was fantastic to work with.
