Modern Luxe Resort Vibe Townhome

In the heart of Downtown Pensacola and a 7- minute walk from Sanders Beach park . It is just steps from local shops, top-rated restaurants, and only a couple of blocks from Maritime Park—home to the Blue Wahoos. The complex has an amazing resort-style pool, walking paths and greenspace perfect for exercise or a leisurely stroll. The inside features engineered hardwood floors and embraces the urban feel of downtown Pensacola mixed with the coastal vibe of Pensacola Beach! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar transitioning to the living room. The living room is spacious and efficient with extra windows for more natural light than interior units. The upstairs features the master bedroom with large master bath suite, complete with granite countertops, a stand up shower and a large master closet. The other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed and furniture. The laundry room is located upstairs as well as a full guest bathroom. There is a 4th sleeping area downstairs with a sofa bed/ Entertainment room. This property is excellent. It was super clean, extremely spacious and accommodated my entire family. It had every thing we needed as far as kitchen supplies and enmities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book again myself.
