Neighborhood highlights You'll be staying in great area known as the Western Garden District. Here, you will notice an influx of revitalization. The house is surrounded by a mixture of new construction homes & remodeled homes in addition to older, generational homes.
Nearby are a range of newer restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, and grocery stores. Its the best of all worlds - walkable, near the heart of the city, and just a short drive to sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Guests have even rented scooters downtown & parked them at the cottage to use during their stay. Parking is free & abundant street parking - we suggest parking on the La Rua Street side of the home.
