1 mile from all of Pensacola's downtown restaurants, shops, bars and festivals. This cute multiplex boarders Pensacola's historic district. Walk out your door and head south on a quick jog or walk and enjoying looking at all the homes built over 100 years ago. Walking not your thing...grab one of downtowns rentable scooters and cruise the streets.
This is a cute studio property 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom with full shower and tub. Private entrance on left side of house (when looking at house). Well insulated, safe and quiet. This house is a multi-plex. This is not the entire house, but your unit is completely yours, no sharing. Private entrance, bath, kitchen etc...
Take a 10 minute drive to our famous white sand beaches and emerald water.

Bad area
The description of the studio on vrbo did not match when we arrived. The neighborhood/area was very bad and sketchy. We were also told there was “a lot across the street” to park extra vehicles. However, the lot has ‘no parking’ signs placed everywhere. Overall, was very disappointed that I could not get a refund and ended up staying somewhere else.

Comfortable and Amazing for the Price
We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Pensacola. The location was nice and central to anywhere we wanted to drive to, and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and came with pots and pans to cook with. Great find and would recommend, especially for the price point. Didn't give full stars on everything. Pictures didn't show elevated notches and change in floor elevations which were a tripping hazard if you forgot they were there. The entrance to the unit was through a side door, only accessible through older set of wooden stairs. Can defiantly be overlooked unless someone you are booking with has mobility issues. Area seemed safe enough with a High School and Police Department close by, and people seem friendly. Last thing to note though is just a few blocks down is a "Dance and Night Club" that locals have been trying to get closed down since a deadly shooting in 2023. May or may not be your thing, just like for anywhere you travel to take proper safety percussions and you'll be fine.

Cozy
The place was nice. Location was great not far from downtown and stores. The only thing was the last two days of our stay there wasn’t any hot water. Otherwise the place and stay was very nice.
