The house was great. There were bugs…ants, cockroaches, serval of different kinds of bugs. We cleaned the kitchen twice a day. We left all food, plates, coffee maker and utensils in the fridge when not in use to ensure they would be clean. The floors were dirty and hairballs behind all furniture. I told the owner and he simply said, “I’ll tell the cleaning crew.”

Basic, nothing Luxe here

Home is located in a transitional neighborhood next to a run down property. Home isn't being maintained. Walks were very dirty and scuffed. Nearly every one of the blinds was broken. No rugs, lamps or the little things that make a place comfortable. The furniture appears to have been whatever could be thrown together. The owner admitted floors had not been cleaned prior to my arrival after I complained. Dog hair piled under the couch and all over the baseboards.No solution offered. I left a day early due to the lack of comfort and cleanliness.

Nice Family Sized Home Stay

Overall communication was top tier, while the location was slightly off from where we thought it was still a great spot, great house, lots of space for my family to stay, and interactions with the owner were easy and authentic! Would definitely recommend staying here or having your family stay if you live in the area!

Better than expected! Super easy to get in and settled, my son loved having his own space upstairs, and the open living space downstairs was the perfect layout for us. The hosts are kind an respect your privacy and are easily available if you need them. This was a great place for us and an excellent location. It also has a nice fenced in backyard but it was a bit to cold outside for us to enjoy it... Very happy with our stay Thanks!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had come down to visit friends around Christmas. It is in a central location to get to the beach and everything downtown. Also only about a 12 minute drive to the mall. Great area to stay in and it was quiet. We left an Apple Watch at the property and he went out of his way to make sure we got it back. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Great communication, super easy check in and check out. Newer home with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen.

Nearby All the Action

Overall okay stay. The house was brand new and clean. There were small issues but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. There was no shampoo for the showers and the cups on hand had been stacked wet. The yard was great for our dog and the location was perfect for an easy commute to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I would recommend!
