Palms 1-202 Clean and Cozy with a Beautiful Sound View

  • Newly renovated and freshly painted studio condo. This unit sleeps 4 people with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It's the perfect place for a small family or a couple’s romantic getaway. You can prepare your own meals in the fully-equipped galley kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen; just bring your coffee pods. There is a large flat screen TV. WiFi and cable TV is included. Some of the amenities include: pool, pavilion, fishing dock and washers and dryers in the pool house. Bring your bikes or rent them here and use the bike path that runs from the corner of Navarre Beach Causeway and Gulf Blvd all the way to the National Seashore. It's just a short walk to the most beautiful sugar white sand beaches with emerald colored water. Leave your troubles at home and relax here at The Palms.

Our overall stay was great. Our main concern is cleanliness and this surpassed our expectations! The view of the sound was very nice. Everything was in working condition. No problems. The only problem we had was when we tried to go out on the dock, we needed a code to put in to access it. We tried our room number and it didn’t work. We did talk to a resident there and he provided us with one. I did look in the room handbook and nothing was noted in it. Not sure if it’s the same for the pool and laundry. I wouldn’t recommend that 4 people stay. The bathroom vanity area is kind of tight also. Great for a two person stay.

We were fortunate to have perfect weather for our stay there. We spent time sitting by the Sound and were treated to dolphins! The condo was lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location is great for beach access (there is a public access to the gulf side very close to the location). Window view of the sound side is absolutely gorgeous.

Great Condo

This was a beautiful remodeled condo! It was the perfect size for myself and my husband. I loved that it is right on the bay beach side. We walked down the steps and were right by the beach. The pool was clean too. My only wish it had a dishwasher but way better than a hotel that doesn’t have a dishwasher either. Great trip and perfect place! We will stay again

Amazing fishing dock

Loved this quiet location, we loved fishing on the dock at night with being almost a full moon! Gorgeous view right from the bedroom area. Didn’t mind driving to the many parking lots for beach access. Great value!

Perfect Little Condo

My son and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Sound, right on the water. And just a short walk to gulf beach. Merle was extremely helpful and really made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again soon!🌞🌴

Nice place to stay

This studio condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend on a 4 day trip for my sister’s wedding. It had all the amenities we needed inside the condo with a beautiful view of the ocean (we even saw dolphins from our window!). Very short walk to the pool, very close to normal beach access, but far enough away from the congestion closer to the pier. The condo was clean and chic and we were very happy with our experience!

Condo was reasonably priced and a great location. Could have been cleaner, bathroom had a smell. No balcony but the view is spectacular from the bedroom. Super comfortable bed.
