Nicely decorated and furnished condo with a well-stocked kitchen. The sliding glass door off the living room was incredibly difficult to open and close.

This condo was okay but I felt like it was a little over priced. The AC was set to 75 when we arrived so the upstairs was probably 80 degrees. It was never cool enough to sleep with anything other than a sheet covering you, even with the ceiling van on high as well as a box fan. The dryer had to cycle several times before it would dry your clothes. Thank goodness it was just me and my husband or the laundry would have been a nightmare. There are plastic vertical blinds that will clank together all night if you don’t lay shoes, towels, or something in front of them. In the master bath the shower did not drain well. There is what looks like a 2x6 propping up one side of the bed that is really hard on your toes. The ice maker did not work. With all that being said we enjoyed our stay. Pensacola Beach is always beautiful, even with the seaweed this visit. We booked this place because our original condo, which we have stayed in a couple of times before, had to have some unexpected repairs and was not usable. This condo cost us twice as much as the original one and they are comparable, both 2BR, 2BA, Fort Pickens Road, and Gulf Front.

not 100% perfect

View was great! But you had to climb 26 steps with luggage to arrive at the front door of condo. Climb 13 steps to bedrooms upstairs. No overhead light over the stairs so we left light on at front door on and the light in hallway by bedrooms in order to be able to safely walk up or down the stairs. You had to have the strength of Superman to slide open or close the patio door. Master bed was very comfortable. Oh! Did I mention us 3 ladies are in our 80's. A very tiring vacation for us.

Nice place

It was good because of the easy access to the beach. But the garage door was without a battery so we had to park outside. There was no way to watch TV downstairs, as there was no modem. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! The view couldn’t have been better and loved that it was so close to Peg Leg Pete’s! The host was so sweet and helpful when we decided to extend our stay. They provide more than enough for a relaxing stay at the beach! We can’t wait to plan another stay here!!

Unit 623 - Memorial Day

From 1-10 ease of getting into Condo-2. Too many stairs not pictured on website. Stove handle was broken, cabinet handle was broken, ice maker didn't work, downstairs bathroom toilet handle broke. Paid too much money for the rental with the issues in the unit. Wooden strip on bar inside kitchen was coming off. Garage door to drive into was too tight and narrow to get our average size SUV into the space. Again too many issues for the amount of money we had to pay.

This place has everything you need and more! Its very spacious, super clean with the best amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. The host was very responsive, the location close to restaurants and shops. And you can't get any closer to the beach! Inside the decor is light and modern and has really comfortable beds and sofas. Having 2 huge balconies with spectacular views top off the list of goodies and with private garage parking, this place rocked!!

LOVED THE AREA AND CONDO!

We could not say enough wonderful things about this condo! It was in such a wonderful area and was not ever busy. Mariya was so easy to work with and was always a text away and was quick to respond when I needed her! There was so many beach toys, chairs, towels and beach towels that it made it easy to not have to carry all of that stuff with us. We will definitely be back to this place and area!

Great getaway

This was a fantastic location for our little getaway! Plenty of room for us (4 adults) and nothing blocking our view of the ocean. The beach was very quiet and not crowded at all.

Spacious condo on beach

Condo very clean, spacious and lovely decor. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay. Quit walk to the beach or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Great Condo Awesome view and location

Walking into the condo immediately you see the beautiful ocean in front of you. That view is worth renting. The condo was well stocked and made our trip very enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect location for a quick get away.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful setting with incredible views of the ocean! Lovely, clean and comfortable condo! Communication with host was prompt, friendly and excellent. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great Property

Loved this condo mainly for the excellent attention paid to guests by the Mariya the owner. Very helpful, always accessible and was very responsive when we ran into a small issue with an appliance. Only downside for older guests, is its on the third floor but love that its two story with bedrooms upstairs and with two glorious balconies and very nice outdoor furniture as well as inside. Super equipped kitchen, and lots and lots of towels, both bath and beach- which is unusual. Prefer being a bit removed from all the hustle but certainly walkable to everything you need.
