Good

Very good location - within a short walk to many things in Pensacola Beach. The rental of bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards could have been clearer as we thought it was on site at the building, but it actually required a drive and we couldn't use them near our accomodation which was a minor inconvenience.

Great condo. Make sure your key fob works

Overall great. If your key fob does not work, immediately go back real estate office and get new one. Key fob required to access parking lot and building.

Delightful experience

Property was amazing and very clean. Balcony overlooks the bay and beaches are just across the street along with a Boardwalk with shops, bars, and restaurants. So much to do within walking distance was so convenient. Loved seeing beautiful sunsets from the patio...even saw dolphins. I definitely recommend this property!

Amazing!

Beautiful space with great location! The views were perfect and you could walk to everything! The only negative was they were doing some construction/repairs to the building so we couldn't use the gym.

5 day getaway

Just as advertised. Wonderful condo! Perfect location, excellent views and walking distance from all the shops and eateries on the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!!!

Gorgeous and comfortable condo!

We loved our stay here! The condo was extremely comfortable and clean for my husband, daughter and I. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality items. The patio had a great view with high wuarliy furniture, perfect for sunset viewing. We would love to stay here again soon!

nice place overall

The place was very clean and the kitchen had all the tools you need and only salt and pepper. We found the beds advertised as king and queen beds but both were short like a motel beds that are 4"-6" shorter than normal. Also, the queen bed was very creaky. The location was very nice and we enjoyed our sunset views!!!

Great property and location

Enjoyed our stay at this immaculate condo with excellent Sabine and center-of-P’cola Beach view. Not beachfront. Bay front view. This condo had all the necessities but was pretty Spartan in what was provided as far as linens, towels, etc were concerned.Nothing extra, just what you need, nothing more. For example, towels have been many, many times laundered and plain, utilitarian but we were comfortable enough, brought our own pillows and had enough bed coverings to be ok. It’s a good value.

Property was beautiful! Great views and everything. Only annoying thing was that the key fob doesn't work from far away for the gate, you have to get out of the car and walk every single time you arrive! Beautiful place and would definitely stay again!

Good location

Had a cancelled vacation so found this condo last minute. Is a great location even though we found main public beach across street a little crowded for our liking. We ended up going to west end of beach and found a nice spot away from the crowds. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Peg Leg Pete’s was our favorite. Only complaints ( and they were minor) were elevators seemed always to have one down. Had slow drain in sink in the hallway. Called property manager to let know needed a little draino but no one every came. Really no big deal for us cause was just me and the wife. Overall was great place to stay.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Wow what a location! We usually stay at the Portofino Resort but decided to stay closer to shopping and restaurants this time (all within walking distance). We were not disappointed! The master is a little cramped with the king size bed, but I appreciated having a king size bed so all good. They had everything you needed to cook at the condo when you wanted which is a major convenience. Make sure you get the code for the keypad on the door as we were given keys and there was no way to get in with keys. LOL But we called the property manager and got access with no problem. I would definitely recommend this property! Especially if you want to be close to everything and put away the car keys for the vacation! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

Enjoyed having all of the amenities of home at our stay in Pensacola. The condo has one of the best views I’ve ever seen. Condo is a little dated but everything is super clean and works well. Great stay!

Nice location

The property is in a great location. Very secure and close to everything. The place wasn’t very clean when we got there. The floors were dirty. When we arrived it was 80 degrees inside and took a bit for the place to cool down as it was July and hot outside. The bed sheets were very uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony has a high track in the bottom and I think all of us tripped over it with one person actually falling on her knees. We found two gun clips with bullets in them in one of the kitchen cupboards. Thought that was probably not a good idea to find with kids around. It is a great spot, and the layout is pretty great, the place just needs some TLC and a really good cleaning.

Perfect vacation spot!

Great rental in a very convenient location. Located perfectly between shopping, food, & the beach! The view was amazing at all hours of the day and the sunsets over the bay were absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely stay again!
