Inside Regency Towers #706 East, the open living space combines the living area, dining area and kitchen for easy beachside living. The living area features a plush sofa that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private gulf-front balcony. We had the best time staying here! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and it was just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella included made our beach days so easy and relaxing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond before, during and after our trip. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo with Great Views

A truly wonderful place to relax and recharge. Super clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need. Easy check-in process, excellent communication with host, and an ideal location. AMAZING views, large balcony, easy parking, and quick elevators. I couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely stay again.

Lovely and Relaxing

The condo is directly on the beach. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Easy access to the beach…never had to wait long for an elevator. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. I have nothing negative to say. We had a great stay.

The property was just as advertised, very well appointed and organized. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear, she responded quickly to our few questions. The balcony is large and looks out over the pool to the Gulf, a great place to hang out. Recommend without hesitation.
