• 2 Queen Bedrooms – shared bath, each with a loft bed (for kids 12+)

Comfortable Stay

The house was just what the 10 of us needed; space to be together, and apart. It is in a great location with the beach just across the road, and the Gulf Islands National Seashore, east and west side of Santa Rosa Island, was easily accessed.

Family Vacation at Beach Haven

The house is just perfect for us and is well equipped. We love the neighborhood with easy beach access , a pool, and an easy walk to the bay The owner is quick to respond. We have stayed there every summer for a few years now

Best location on the beach for sunrise & sunset views without leaving your porch.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this beach rental; the home is beautifully decorated, great floor plan and the kitchen has everything you need, Perfect location for teens because they are walking distance from the beach and the sound. Our teens also loved the pool table and their own space downstairs. Hostess was great, very easy to work with. It was a perfect getaway for our Thanksgiving gathering and we look forward to returning to Beach Haven

Property and location is excellent! Just wished the “fifth bedroom” had been a real bedroom in the actual house and not the garage. Other than that, we had an amazing week!!

Clean, great location

Overall, it was great! The biggest complaint is the room with 4 bunks is essentially in the garage. It smelt of mildew and did not have working AC. We were relying on this space for sleep, so that was disappointing. The fridge in the garage also did not work. The property manager was very easy to work with. The property was very clean. The property location was perfect.

Great week with the family

We had a great week staying at this home. It was one of the best equipped homes that we have ever stated as far as the kitchen and beach toys that have been left behind. A few small issues that we had were addressed super fast and efficiently. You can tell that these owners take pride in their home and go above and beyond to make sure everything is ready for guests!! Would recommend for a large family for sure

Excellent property!

Very impressed with this beast of a property. We had two adults and many, many teenagers for spring break. The house is located in a prime location in Pensacola, just a 3-5 min walk to the water. Since it’s the first house on the street, you get amazing views of the sea. The pool table was enjoyed every night by the adults and the kids. There is ample room for everyone to spread out! It’s not a modern and sterile rental home - this home has personality. It has books on the bookshelf and puzzles and games to play on rainy days. It was extremely well stocked for cooking and has two refrigerators to keep everything cool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

Short walk to the beach (3 yo had no problem walking without being carried), lots of room, tons of beach toys and chairs (and a wagon to cart it all back and forth AWESOME), kitchen is well supplied as well. The home is beautiful with lots of personal touches to it. You can tell that it’s loved. Neighborhood seems extremely safe, we accidentally left a car door wide open one night and everything was still there the next morning. It’s slightly further down from the main part of town without being far (couple minute drive), perfect location. We had a great time. 😁

Perfect family getaway

This beautiful home is conveniently located on “ the quieter end of the strip” but has trolley access to ride to restaurants and shopping on the main strip….Large amount of beach supplies to use and plenty of space on the beach to enjoy the day which was a plus! Beautiful view from all over the house with lots of windows 😁 All reported their beds as very comfortable and darkened curtains for any late sleepers. Kitchen was awesome to cook for large group…..a trip to Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood upon arrival had us ready 😋 Communication was excellent with quick responses. We would definitely stay again and again ❤️ Oh yeah……we were fortunate enough to be able to witness the Blue Angels practice …..AMAZING doesn’t begin to describe this experience !!!

Wonderful location!

It is a beautiful house with everthing we needed and more. Our family had such a special week here that we will never forget. It was an easy walk to the beach and also to the sound side. The owner is responsive and easy to work with.
