We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again!

My family and I really enjoyed this home! We felt welcomed walking through the door. The owner is very nice and prompt. Had an issue and got it solved right away! I will be booking this house everytime I come to Pensacola!!!!

Whirlwind Trip-Beautiful Vacation

We were only in this house for two nights for my daughter’s graduation, but we were able to make the most of it with it being so close to the beach! We were so relieved when we arrived to find the house sparkling clean! If we can return for a longer stay, we would look up this house for availability again!

Great location and very comfortable beach house!

This property was great for our family stay. We rented this beach house for my daughter’s UWF graduation and had 12 adults (mainly couples) and the layout of the house provided privacy for each couple and allowed common space for us to spend time together. Steps away from the beach was also amazing and minutes from the Pensacola Bay center was ideal for a morning graduation. The only thing that was concerning was how VRBO handles the security deposit because instead of a hold, they immediately charge your credit card and refund you after the stay which is not ideal since you have to pay that balance and that refund credit coming in months later on a credit card is worthless after the balance is paid. However, the host was very helpful and suggested we contact VRBO that had an insurance option that is unfortunately an additional cost but a better option in the grand scheme of things. The host was really great. He is very easy to communicate with and answered /accommodated for all questions with quick responses.

Love this place!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Our niece had a beach wedding and we stayed here for 3 nites. We were walking distance to the wedding and beach. Had a wonderful stay and the house is very nice and spacious for our family of 12. Very clean and nice. Would recommend

Spring Break

This was our spring break trip with our friends. It was the perfect house for having 2 families. We had plenty of room for all of us. Close to many attractions and also central to many locations for driving. A short walk to the beach, near by shopping and restaurants. Gulf Breeze Zoo was good. Aviation museum really good, Fort Pickens was ok, fished rom the pier, fun but didn't catch anything when I went. friends caught a few things in the afternoon, went to the Sea Turtle Nature Conservation Center, was great to see what they are doing to help wildlife. We would definitely come back here.

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay in this home in Pensacola the pictures are accurate and the house and location of the house was amazing! Extremely close to the beach which is great and the host was extremely friendly and responds extremely fast which was great! We would definitely recommend this house and will be renting it again soon!

Unable to stay

We had booked this house for our family vacation with my mom, siblings, and children. There was a total of 14 of us going. The day before we were to leave for our vacation, my mother was admitted to the ICU. Unfortunately, she was in the ICU the entire week (and still in the hospital). Only my son and his wife were able to go. They said the house was absolutely beautiful. The beach was very close. Lots to eat around.I hope that in the future we will be able to see the place and enjoy it together.I wish there would have been an option to reschedule the stay or even a discount for the future. But we do completely understand business.
