Annual friends trip

Pics need updating. Lots of disappointments. Hair in leaking fridge, sand and hair in master bed, door to stinky garage left open (unlatched), bikes locked up with no instructions, beach service chairs were broken. We took lots of pics, but will not be handling it here.

Blue wahoo

Check in was easy, beautiful house. A little deceiving with the picture. We thought we would have access to the garage, to get out if the rain. We did not. Two trash bags for a 7 day stay. Dried soap bar was still on the ledge of bathtub. Bathrooms smaller than they look on line. Margaritaville blender was broken. Beds were comfortable. 400 steps to beach was nice. Was not given a code to unlock bikes. Had to go online and fill out a 3 page waiver. When I got the code, it was wrong. Had to call the company to get a correct code. Refrigerator leaks water into the inside and freezes. Would not return to stay again.

Sunday Wedding

My daughter & I stayed here for my cousins wedding & 50th birthday party. Loved the slow pace of the area, how the streets have ZERO traffic, and the morning birds are in the distance. The only thing I would change would be the bikes. If they could have a couple of gears so that getting around is a little quicker, rather than no gears.

Awesome Stay

It was a great week. The house was great for the 6 of us. It was a little worn but decorated very nicely. The walk to the beach was right around the sidewalk. It was close enough to restaurants and mini golf but a few miles down the beach so the beach wasnt crowded.

Graduation trip

We visited for my nieces high school graduation and made it a mini vacation We had a blast house was great nice and roomy for 4 teenagers and 3 adults Location is a fantastic, just a 2 min walk to beach with really nice sidewalk to get there. Had 2 bikes provided to us and my teenagers loved taking bikes down to shops enjoying som independence.

Nice, clean, cute beach house

This was such a sweet little home! We enjoyed our week here, and would stay again. The location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nestled just steps from the beach, this home away from home met our needs and we are all happy with our stay. Thank you for lending your home to us for the week!

Great location

Property is a little dated but location to beach is great! Fit our 4 adults and 4 preteens perfectly. Back patio perfect for dinner and drinks. Kitchen can use some upgrades. Needs a cutting board, can opener, wine glasses. Overall we enjoyed it!

Pick a different house.

We enjoyed Florida but this house fell short in just about everything. We booked it because of its location yes, but also we wanted to cook ourselves with the grill provided. Upon arrival the outside trash can was overflowing, just unappealing. The main door to access the backyard from the kitchen was broken. The grill was broken and the master shower was broken. On the 5th day our electricity was turned off for about 5 hours. We called the property manager on every issue and they did their best to resolve, but I will never book this house again!

Cute little house

The location of this house is terrific. You can tell they have really redone the back yard it is gorgeous back there. The house is a little dated and can use some upgrades but for the price it wasn't bad. We brought a small folding table to act as an island in the kitchen and that really helped with space.

Ideal Location

The house was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen & dining area were great. The only utensil I needed that wasn't provided was a cheese grater. The living room was a little cramped for walking through, and the downstairs bathroom is tiny, with a rusty trash can that's too big for the space. Upstairs carpet needs replacing. Everyone enjoyed the decks and the outside shower. We did get booboos on the deck from splinters and raised nail & screw heads. The master bedroom was large; need to add a small trash bin for the ladies. Also the mattress was not high quality. We ran out of toilet paper on our last day, and only 2 trash bags were provided for a 4 night stay; with 9 people. We used grocery bags. The interior decor was very nice; comfy couch. We had just enough room for 9 people, a little cramped. I wouldn't recommend for more than 10. We wondered if the surrounding neighborhood homes were more expensive or were comparable. The location was ideal, and again everyone enjoyed the decks. Where were the cushions, by the way? There were no cushions for the chairs but we saw in the instructions to put cushions inside when we left. We're glad we went. We tried to postpone a second time because of Florida being the epicenter of the pandemic and all (we had paid in full) but were denied. It gave us an opportunity to vacation without exposure to people outside our family. No crowds 😀

Memorial Day Stay

We stayed in the Toilla Segunda for memorial day weekend and we enjoyed our stay for the mist part. There were minor issues when we first arrived as our number code did not work due to the batteries needing to be changed in the door key code. Maintenance took an hour to come by however we were at the beach so it was alright. All together the stay was a 3.5 of 5.

Thanksgiving beach house

Loved it. We bought a new coffee pot (and left it there) because yours didnt work. Could have used more counter space (maybe a small island) in the kitchen. We bought new batteries for two of the TV remotes as there were none. We killed 3 cockroaches...very very gross!!! There are no screens on most windows...this was a problem for us. Also...how about a fire pit?? We noticed the garage below was not locked. Was this on purpose? Overall...about 8.5/10. Thankyou.

Nice for families

I truly appreciate an early check in, nice stay. I do believe the wooden deck and stairs need some serious attention as both my husband and I cut our feet on nails and tripped over tons of uneven boards on deck & both staircases.

Anniversary week stay at Blutopia

The cosmetic updates to the house were nice. However, it did have quite a bit of wear and tear from previous stays. The sliding glass doors do open but the one in the master bedroom sticks and takes a bit of elbow grease to open and the dresser in the bedroom is still broken along with the door being off the rail to the laundry. The handle of the toaster came off in my hand when I gently pressed down. My hubby fixed it. The beach chairs in the garage are rusted out so much that when the chairs were wet the rust got on my swimsuit and cover up. Communication regarding the early check in request and how to get to the garage up front at tone of check in could be better. I am grateful my husband and I were ultimately allowed to check in before 5. I also appreciated the abundance of towels provided for us. As long as the wear and tear items are addressed, I would recommend the place to a friend. My husband and I loved the ocean view from the bedrooms, patio and the convenience of the walk to the gulf.
