This was a great stay and especially enjoyed the balcony area with comfortable furnishings. Check-in was a little tricky since instructions said the lockbox was on the ground floor, but we eventually found it on the same floor as the condo. Lock box was a little difficult to work, but finally mastered it. Had a great stay. Peg Leg Pete’s was close & excellent food! Definitely recommend this stay!

We have stayed in the Santa Rosa Dunes complex about 4 times. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The location is great in relation to the beach, restaurants and parking for your unit. Elevator up to your condo with carts to load your stuff on is a nice touch. We appreciated how clean the unit was and it made for a comfortable stay especially with young kids. Our kids are 4 and 6 and the bunk beds were AWESOME! It was so nice not to have to make the couch into a bed each evening. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet beach getaway!!!

My family loved our stay here! The unit was clean and modern. The view of the sound was beautiful and we were grateful for the short walk to the beach. We felt safe and everyone around us was friendly. Our baby experienced his first trip to the beach and first dip in the pool. I'd definitely stay here again.

Your condo is decorated so beautifully, clean, and very comfortable to relax in. We loved all the amenities and the extra touches you added in having body wash, shampoo, and conditioner readily available in the bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, beautiful and clean. The host answered questions promptly! They had beach items available and it was a short walk to the beach, a convenience store and a great restaurant (Peg Leg Petes). Smart tvs so you could log onto your streaming services during down time. The pool at the location was huge and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
