The best of Pensacola Beach is at your fingertips when staying at Sandy Dreams; offering cozy accommodations for up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

The townhome is conveniently located two minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and roughly three miles away from restaurants, shopping, bars and waterfront activities.

The upper level of this home features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has private access to a balcony. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television. There is a full bathroom with a separate vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath is located next to the kitchen on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to prepare meals and refreshments. There is also an outdoor grill. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four guests or outside on the private balcony overlooking the pond.

The townhome is equipped with all modern conveniences, including smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
Don't leave your four-legged friend at home –– we're dog friendly!

Pet fee is required of $75.00 and is due upon arrival. Pet fee is not included in total price.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in was smooth. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay, and are considering booking this same spot next year. For us, the canal behind the condo, plus the location from the beach (1 block away) made for a VERY relaxing visit. Our concerns were a few minor upgrades that are needed. 1) some of the blinds from room to room were worn and missing several 'slats'. 2) The front 1/2 bath room sink drain stopper was broken. Not a major problem, but drainage was slow. 3) A loose plank at the front of the steps... concerning at that height. For us an 8 out of 10! We'll probably be back

We had an excellent stay. Communication was great. Although the after hours check-in process could be improved, as we had to go to the office lock box to get our code and then return the next day to provide ID and credit card. The property is older and a little dated but well appointed with all that you need, clean and as advertised. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Plenty of restaurants in the area too.

Very comfortable

Needed a pet friendly place to stay while in town for a birthday party. The house was very comfortable and well set up. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and downtown. A couple of hiccups occurred but the staff was very responsive and helpful and got it resolved immediately. Heather actually provided her cell in case we got locked out. I would definitely recommend this property again.

Great week!

I stayed here with my mom, 16 year old twins and our dog. Location was perfect. We had plenty of room, I loved all the outdoor space! I had to do some work and I was able to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sun, palm trees and wifi! Could not have asked for a better week!
