「I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit. 「The apartment was in a great location, right between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach. It was the perfect size for my husband, our dog, and me. There was plenty of outdoor, fenced-in space for the dog to run around. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals. The owner was quick to respond to my messages- very easy to work with.」

「The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.」

「We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night.
