Enjoy a meander around Falmouth Harbour, the third largest natural harbour in the world, or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy an ice-cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes.

Upon arrival enter the property set over one level via the stable door into the beautifully appointed lounge/kitchen/diner complete with wood burner and vaulted ceiling. Take time to relax at the end of the day and sink into the tasteful furnishings before enjoying your favourite movie on the Smart TV with the fire roaring. The shower room has a shower, WC and washing machine. There’s is also plenty of space in the twin bedroom at the other end of the property.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs so you can dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. There is parking for two cars on the gravelled drive.
