「The guys in the front desk not good 」

「Firstly, the lady in there was so kind!!! However, location, terrible...tv didnt work, was stuck...just so uncomfortable...you definitely get what you pay for here...」

All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and...

「Neither the hot tub nor the pool were open either one was worked on the entire time I was there. The fitness area was a pass to Anytime Fitness which was no where close to the hotel. Continental breakfast sucked. 」
