Fair price on room, clean room, nice water pressure and hot shower. Quiet location. If your looking for a nice quiet room with AC a mini fridge and a big TV be sure to check out the Snelling Motel

Always had to wait for any kind of service at the main desk - no one there and the door was locked. Room was OK but not many amenities and the shower curtain was moldy.

There was an actual physical key (not a coded key) so we didn’t feel safe. It was super hot and the air conditioner didn’t work at all. We had to open a window just to get any air flow which made us feel even more unsafe. There is no night attendant on duty. The bathroom floor was in horrid shape. Free wi-fi is advertised but doesn’t work. By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

One room in this complex was supposedly remodeled as it was ours and it was poorly done amateur work clearly. no caulk around tubs, mold on the curtains of the tub flies all over smells I would not stay again there for even $20 a night

The light/fan in our bathroom made terrible loud squealing so I used my phone light when I went in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush. The TV would not turn on.
