"Bathroom was big and cold, both the radiator and heated towel rail were off. Breakfast was average, fruit and pastries were not being replenished. Ordered breakfast from the menu, was asked 3 times regarding the item that was chargable, and had to sign for the extra charge before the item arrived. Omelette was not cooked in the centre (raw egg), and arrived 10 minutes before the haddock, usually breakfast items for the same table are served together."

The room was clean but 'tired' especially the bathroom. Close to excellent shopping and wonderful Victorian architecture on most of the buildings "
