Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
basic accommodation with little around
this accommodation is basic and on an island with little transport options unless you have hired a scooter - the taxis are all locals and very expensive compared to grab and gojek which were used to using before we went to Nusa Penida.
the hotel is very basic with no shops around or restaurants so not able to go and get anything from anywhere really

First of all,their English language is very poor so we got a very hard communication with the staff.
Towels smelled very bad. Dirty fridge. Bathroom smells bad and humid.they clean every 2 days in light way. Thrush outside the room stay for 3 days . 3 items for Breakfast we have to pay for 2 only one eggs with toast included and you pay for pancakes & rice . No restaurant around and they want you to order from one restaurant only and we pay 25k for delivery in every order . Staff pay attention to make commissions if you order transportation.we supposed to stay for 7 days but we runaway from that jail after 3 horrible days and the poor management refuse to refund us for the 4 days that we didn't stay.we even change the room,but we faced the same issues. This is the most horrible place i ever seen in my history. Expedia may not market this hotel for their reputation and loose the customers trust in the future.
