"I booked online, I was very disappointed and upset to find out the receptionist upon check in was rude and there were undisclosed fees. Be aware pet friendly does not mean withouy fee. Had to pay a surprise $80 pet fee with an additional $50 deposit. I would have been less upset if it was disclosed online, I looked thoroughly it wasn't there, unless by some chance I missed it. The check out people were very friendly and nice and the rooms were clean enough. Only and old vending. And soda machine no complimentary breakfast or hospitality of any kind, a picnic area outside that all the amenities, besides a small fridge and microwave. Also phones in the room apparently are not for patron use only for desk to contact the room"

"Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Did not have the breakfast, so cannot say how that was. Convenient access to many restaurants and retail shopping. Overall, was a great stay. "

"10 days there no room service and every time we pay they gave us are deposit back asap but when we checked out and took 24hrs. Other than the maid service pretty good experience. Free washer and dryers but didn’t know we would be washing our own towels"

"Very clean hotel, bed were super comfy as well. I read a lot of reviews about people not getting their deposits back. We had two dogs with us and had zero issues with getting our deposit back. Clean and well lit outside, safe area. No complaints here!"

"We could park right outside the door of our room, so we felt very safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The TV and refridgerator worked perfetly also. No problems witb our room whatsoever."
