「Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. It’s close to civilization but feels very remote. If you like to jog or walk in the mornings, it’s a great locale for that. 「We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat.」

「Unreal, memory-making stay here! The location of this home on Lake Lanier has to be one of the BEST options around. We had smooth water and no crowds on the weekdays and weekend. The secluded dock and cove is perfect and safe for kids to swim and your boat to be tied up without getting bashed around. The house is so well-equipped. 「The house was very cute and very accommodating. The owners of this house have true hospitality. The yard down to the lake is very steep so make sure youre ready to make the hike back up. 「We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. 「This was just minutes away from family having a get together. It was nice to be able to get away & have a quiet place to wind down. The lake was beautiful even after a significant amount of rain right before we arrived. Cozy, yet roomy. Our flight had been delayed & Tony had even checked on us to be sure all was ok. 「The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with.」
