This Pender Island cottage offers a panoramic ocean view. It is a one bedroom and loft cottage with a fabulous ocean front deck. The resort offers many great amenities including a seasonal pool and hot tub, restaurant, and marina. This oceanfront cottage has a full living room with gas fire place, sofa bed, tv/dvd/cd player, plus telephone and wireless internet connection. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a view of the ocean and full bathroom. The large wooden deck comes complete with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture, and of course a stunning view.

Reservations can be cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the deposit minus the booking fee 99.00 plus GST. Final payment is charged to your card 30 days prior to arrival. Payment and Cancellation- We require a reservation deposit, equal to 30% of your total reservation cost, as well as valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card details is required at the time of booking.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to check-in you will be refunded 50% of the amount you have paid, minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.

If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking prior to check-in due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories, Road closures) then only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee, will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations one year from cancellation date. No cash Value and non transferable.
