"The Cove hotel in Rocky Point is a beautiful place to stay, very private and quiet. Rooms are super clean, staff were helpful and very nice, the pool and hot tub were perfect. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to beach and restraunts/bars. Will definitely go back."

However, once inside the condominium complex, the environment feels safe and comfortable. One important detail to note: the check-in process requires signing an additional contract outside of the Hotels.com platform. Travelers should be aware that access to the unit will be denied if this document is not completed, submitted, and confirmed by the owner or property management in advance. This is especially critical for those arriving after business hours, as there may be no on-site assistance or concierge service available to resolve entry issues. To avoid any inconvenience, be sure to complete this requirement well before your arrival."

"We loved this resort but the restaurant staff is very rude, they won’t allow you to pay in dollars if you use a card. Also the pool was closed and don’t let me talk about the beach because it was like one mile away from the resort."
