「The cost performance is excellent. The staff are all kind and provide courteous service. The room was cleaner and more comfortable than those in the five-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Malaysia in the past. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Penang.」

「ホテルではなくサービスレジデンスです。お部屋はきれいです。東南アジアの割りと(!?)ハイソなマンション。立地は良いとは言えません。観光地に行くのは、タクシーに乗っても、どこもちょっと遠いなあ、という距離です。近くのイオンまでは子連れの足で25分という感じでしょうか。 感じのいいスタッフ。朝食もそれなり、値段相応。目の前のローカルスーパーとハンバーガーの屋台には大変お世話になりました。我が家のような大家族が一部屋で過ごすならばよい選択だと思います。」
